Leilani Hailey is a southern California native who has 15+ years experience as a stylist. She has always known that she had a love for the beauty industry and the arts- so much so that she began cosmetology school while still attending high school.

Having worked at MAC Cosmetics at Nordstrom’s department stores, she learned the importance of customer service. That became the basis of how she grew her business, exceptional customer service combined with knowledge, professionalism and a true love for the art. She has expanded her knowledge by completing many advanced certifcations.

Leilani is a certified color expert and is formerly a Schwarzkopf Professional educator. She now continues her passion by sharing that knowledge with her fellow stylists and helping her Hair Theory team grow. To further support her passion for educating and deepen her connection with her clients and staff she attained a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies with emphasis on interpersonal and organizational communication from CSU Long Beach.

When Leilani is not running the salon or working behind the chair you can find her spending time with her family and traveling the world.​​​​​​​​​
