Alissa is a Southern California native. She has always had a passion for the arts, and was fortunate to find a way to apply to that to a career at a fairly early age. She is social, outgoing and strives to make people happy.

She graduated from Marinello School of Beauty and joined Carlton Hair International in Mission Viejo for 3 & 1/2 years. She wanted to broaden her horizons, so joined the Carlton Hair team in San Francisco for 2 years. After missing the bright, sunny, warm Southern California weather and her family, she moved back to Southern California.

She is educated in precision haircutting, and has worked with Schwarzkopf hair color for over 10 years. When she is not in the salon she is usually off on an adventure with family, friends, at the beach, reading a book, or at a rock concert.
